Juntos offers a concierge service and specialized financial products for couples.
Problem: Juntos did not have a digital channel or the technological infrastructure to operate on-boarding and customer management. Solution: Konfront created the digital channel for Juntos, that emphasized onboarding processes that were attractive in originating loans online. Impact: Juntos had an estimated customer acquisition cost of $ 82 pesos, using Konfront's technology, they were able to reduce it to $ 35 pesos (58%) in addition to reducing costs for concierge operating personnel by 17%. This helped to use current resources to grow in users at a rate of 27% from month to month.
NoName is a platform dedicated to promoting art in Mexico, through an anonymous art fair.
Problem: They wanted to maximize and drive their sales throughout the year as 100% of their revenue was generated at an in-person summit in México City. Solution: Konfront proposed and generated a scalable, functional and differentiated e-commerce portal with more than 70 postcards based on the pictures and pieces of art promoted through NoName. Impact: NoName achieved that 39% of its total sales were through the digital channel and guaranteed revenue across the year.
FlyPass introduced revolutionary flight memberships to the mexican market, allowing frequent flyers to buy a monthly membership and have access to 5 round trips across the month.
Problem: Flypass was having a hard time predicting where and when their subscribers would fly, with a small user base, this was turning out to be an obstacle to scalability.
Solution: Konfront generated an API based portal with customer insights and flight demand prediction capabilities which allowed FlyPass to better understand and pre-purchase tickets in order to scale and be profitable.
Impact: Prediction precision for FlyPass increased by 68% and generated operating cost savings of cumulative 55%.
Closter offers a secondhand marketplace where they curate and promote clothers in excellent condition, which it sells on consignment. Through its platform, users can buy and sell their clothes.
Problem: Despite having a digital channel, the digital onboarding experience for users who seek to sell clothes on the platform as setting prices tended to be a pain point. Solution: Konfront generated an algorithm based on webscrapping to find the catalog prices of all the items online (from Adidas, through Hermés and LV to Zara) and generate a database, to be able to give an automated and quick suggested sale price to the user. Impact: Initial clothing processing costs were reduced by 45% (as fewer users submit clothing and then cancel, in addition to reducing human review times).
